Application:

Flemish eye steel sleeves are commonly used in industries such as construction, maritime, mining, and manufacturing, where heavy lifting and rigging operations are frequent. They are ideal for applications involving cranes, hoists, winches, and other lifting equipment. Whether it’s for lifting heavy machinery, securing loads on ships, or constructing large-scale structures, Flemish eye steel sleeves provide a reliable solution for creating strong and durable wire rope terminations.

How to Use:

  1. Prepare the Wire Rope: Cut to length and unbraid ends to expose strands.
  2. Form the Loop: Bend the wire rope to form the loop, leaving excess for the sleeve.
  3. Insert the Sleeve: Slide the Flemish eye steel sleeve over the doubled-back rope.
  4. Secure the Sleeve: Use a hydraulic press or swaging machine to compress the sleeve tightly.
  5. Inspect: Check the termination for proper compression and any signs of damage.
